Atlanta team is adding staff for the following positions:
Project Managers
Responsibilities:
Ensure quality control of jobsites and the proper flow and reporting
of paperwork before, during and after a job. Manager will periodically
check jobsites for quality of work, appearance and demeanor of supervisors
and crew, making sure that InstallNet work qualities are being adhered
to.
Project Managers do pre-site inspections and pinpoint potential problems,
reporting them to the sales department, prior to start of job. He/she
will assist supervisors with technical problems and advise them of
special tool and equipment needs, work closely with scheduler in making
sure that proper manpower needs are being met, and devise ways of
making installation or assembly easier and more efficient. Project
Managers also collect job information and floor plans by visiting
client locations. Incumbents also price projects and do man-hour calculations.
Manager will ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements/Experience:
Excellent knowledge of panel systems, ability to read and understand
blueprints, managerial skills, demonstrated ability to handle a variety
of complex tasks, communication skills (both written and oral), experience
in dealing with customers (both line and upper-level management).
Senior Supervisors
Responsibilities:
Organize and direct manpower at assigned job sites. Incumbent will
delegate specific tasks to his crew in a manner, which attains preset
completion goals. Senior Supervisor shall motivate crews to ensure
quality control at all times. In addition, a Senior Supervisor will
record and maintain their crews’ hours, evaluate their individual
work performance, and submit reviews to the Project Manager.
Related duties include conferring with the Project Manager on developing
training programs, handling disciplinary problems, and submitting
all paper work properly filled out to the correct individuals in a
timely organized manner.
Requirements/Experience:
Two years minimum in furniture installation, one-year minimum as
a supervisor. Extensive knowledge of at least three panel systems.
The capability to read and understand blueprints. The demonstrated
ability to follow and understand complex instructions, and to interact
with clients and co-workers. Excellent communications skills (both
written and oral). Consistent damage free and problem free work.
Installer/Installer-Drivers
Responsibilities:
Installation of systems furniture, loading and unloading of product,
removal of debris form job-sites: Maintain professional conduct and
appearance and help keep work areas neat and organized. May be called
upon to deliver and wipe down furniture, and perform basic warehouse
duties and other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements/Experience:
Mechanical experience or abilities. Reliability and positive attitude.
Possession of basic tool set, and ability to transport themselves
daily to job sites. Willingness to follow directions and expand skills/proficiency
in different product lines and installation methods. Industry experience
a definite plus.
Installer-Drivers
Requirements/Experience:
Same as installer, plus:
One year experience full time with 20’ or larger straight truck
Clean MVR report (evaluated by Management)
