any organization that you have ever seen before, InstallNet International is an extremely focused project management company that has developed a proprietary network of independent installers to serve as local service providers for their area. We have approximately 120 established service providers, covering major and minor markets across the US. InstallNet service providers are pre-qualified and evaluated to ensure our high standards. As service providers prove their professional installation ability and their commitment to service excellence, they become eligible for promotion to Franchise status.
Process oriented controls and checklist systems guide our clients, as well as our installers, through each project, guaranteeing consistency and satisfaction on every job. Our innovative and comprehensive "Installation Guidebook" walks our supervisor through each job, providing direction, checkpoints, and standardized documentation forms. Our computerized status tracking system ("installtrack") and reports keep our clients informed on the progress of all projects.
It’s simple! We reduce complexity, and save our clients time, energy, and frustration in the contracting, coordination, and management of national contracts. A single point of contact provides continuity and accountability from job to job.
